Netball "Rep Ready" Holiday Intensive

Service Description

Our "Rep Ready" netball training is a focussed and specialised coaching session focused on preparing players for representative team trials. The School Holiday Intensive "Rep Ready" sessions are 3 hours, for ages 10-15. You can choose to sign up to one, or multiple sessions. The sessions run from 10am to 1pm. Players are expected to bring their own snacks or lunch. The program will include drills and exercises tailored to the demands of representative netball, focusing on areas like shooting, footwork, defense, and strategic play. Players will work on their cardiovascular endurance, agility, and explosive power, all essential for the high-intensity nature of the game. Experienced coaches provide guidance and instruction, helping players refine their skills and develop a competitive mindset, while prioritizing the safety and well-being of all participants and providing a positive and encouraging learning atmosphere.
