Mitch has the privilege of leading The Centre and guiding its ministry and business life with vision and purpose. His role includes preaching and teaching, leadership development, and strategic planning, ensuring the Centre is equipped for prayer, outreach, pastoral care, and evangelism.

With a background in fitness, including triathlons and long-distance running, Mitch loves combining his passions for Jesus and sport at The Centre. He is supported by his wife Rachel, and their three young children can often be found running around the Centre.

Murray’s three greatest passions are sharing Jesus, building community, and storytelling. As Associate Pastor at The Centre, he brings these together in a role that serves both the Church and the wider Hills community.

He oversees worship service operations and sets the vision for the worship team, while leading small group ministry, managing online church content, and providing pastoral care for young adults and families. Away from The Centre, Murray and his wife Emily enjoy exploring the community garden and navigating the joyful chaos of family life with their two young children.

Craig oversees the operations of The Centre, from new business initiatives to facilities management, connecting the ministry and sports aspects to ensure both business and ministry outcomes are achieved. He also plays a key role with the Dural Warriors, handling administration, logistics, and behind-the-scenes operations to keep the club running smoothly.

Craig and his wife have been part of The Centre family since 2000. They are proud parents of three married daughters and enjoy spending time with their growing number of grandchildren, embracing all the fun and laughter that comes with family life.

Ash has been part of The Centre community for more than 25 years, starting as a Netball player and now leading as Sports Manager. She oversees all sports, competitions, fixturing, kids programs, coaching, court hire as well as Inflatable World. Ash keeps everything operating smoothly for players, families, and visitors alike.

Ash plays an integral role in creating a welcoming and professional environment at The Centre. She has a lifelong passion for sport and fitness, staying active while managing a busy household with her two children.

Jo has been part of The Centre family for many years, contributing across children’s, youth, and women’s ministries. With a background in graphic design, she brings creativity and flair to her role, leading graphics, communications, branding, marketing, and social media.

Outside of work, Jo keeps busy with her four children, balancing family life with her passion for design and creativity.

Christine has a diverse background in travel, events, and business administration, with experience across client services, team coordination, and leadership. She started her career running her own travel business before moving into team-building events and now brings her skills to Inflatable World Dural.

Christine manages daily operations, party bookings, staff training, and social media, ensuring smooth processes for the best customer and team experience. She is also a proud mum of three adult children.

Kelley helps manage sport at the Centre and coaches Netball and Pickleball. With over 20 years of coaching experience in Netball, Tennis, and Pickleball, she brings energy, expertise, and a passion for helping players grow.

Holding Netball NSW Intermediate and ATPCA Level 1 Tennis coaching accreditations, Kelley works with athletes of all ages and abilities. She strives to keep sessions fun, inclusive, and engaging, while inspiring a lifelong love of sport through positive coaching and mutual respect.

Ashley has taken on a variety of roles at the Centre, from umpiring and working in the kiosk to coaching netball and supporting admin at Inflatable World. Her flexibility, reliability, and strong communication skills make her an invaluable team member.

No matter the role, Ashley is committed to creating a smooth, positive experience for players and visitors, and her passion for community engagement shines through in everything she does.

Sue has been part of The Centre for more than 20 years, contributing in pastoral care, marriage counselling, and the worship team. Since 2016, she has also been a valued member of the staff, working in accounts three days a week.

With a background in photography and counselling, Sue has a genuine heart for helping others. She loves the outdoors and treasures time with her family, including her children & grandchildren.

Lucinda is responsible for all children’s programs at The Centre, including Play Time, Kids Church, and Wednesday creche. She bridges the ministry and sports aspects of the Centre and engages with the community to lead them to Jesus.

Lucinda’s love of adventure and sports made her a natural fit for the team as she also embraces her life as a mum.
