Booking System

Starting term 1, 2026, our Pickleball Competition will run on a flexible, week-by-week booking system, giving players the freedom to play when they can, without any ongoing commitments.

Players book into each competition session individually, in the same way you book for social pickleball. Each session has a strict limit of 20 players, so we recommend booking early to secure your place.

Competition ladders run for the full 10-week term, with results tracked each week and winners announced at the end of the term. Ladders reset at the start of each new term.

If you’re unable to attend a session you’ve booked, please cancel as soon as possible so your spot can be offered to another player. Cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before play, after which fixtures are locked in. Contact the office asap if you need to cancel after this time.

This system ensures fair competition, smooth scheduling, and maximum flexibility for all players.
