A hub of sports, leisure, community empowerment, and a thriving worship community
In 1994, Dural Baptist Church built Dural Sports & Leisure Centre to meet the need for indoor sports in the Hills area and to connect with the community. We like to tell visitors “We allow you to have fun in our church building!”

Our worship services are held on sports courts 1 & 2 (to the right when you enter the man doors) in the curtained “Tabernacle” area. What we love about the Tabernacle area is that the courts are turned into “holy space” as we gather as living stones of the temple.​
The Centre runs its operations in the model of a “Business as Mission”.
​We aim to reflect Jesus to our employees and customers. The tenting making of the Apostle Paul inspires us to use ministry and work for God’s glory.​
The Centre is a unique church! We run worship services while Inflatable World and our cafe operate. We run futsal and netball competitions; we have a Men’s Shed operating a few days a week and Playtime in our Activity Centre.​
As a church, we love rubbing shoulders with our community and showing them how followers of Jesus are ordinary everyday people. If you want to be part of something unique, then The Centre is the place for you!
Church Services
Sunday 10am
Everyone is welcome at our weekly service as we gather together to worship God and share community together.

Coffee and tea is available after the service.
Kids at Church
We welcome children of all ages.
​
Our Kids Church program runs during the service (after the singing) for kids preschool aged to year 5. They are invited to learn about Jesus in a way that is engaging and relevent to their age through bible teaching, craft, music and games.
​
Babies/young children are welcome to stay with you during the service. A creche area with toys is available at the back if that is more comfortable for you.
