Walking Netball

Walking Netball is a modified version of netball tailored for senior women and men—it's the same game, just at a walking pace!

 

It is perfect for those that love Netball but need a lower intesity and less impact on their joints. 

Stay active, social, and healthy, no matter your fitness level or age.

You can book into our social sessions on a week-by-week basis, there is no long term commitment. You must book by 9am the morning of. Players will be asigned into teams (different each week). The format will depend on the number of players we have that day.
