Registrations must be recieved at least 2 weeks before the game to be fixtured in that round. 

Game Format

2 x 20 minute halves
7 players on court (max 12 per team)
Minimum 5 players required (forfeit applies)

Game Play

Played on full-size courts using outdoor rules
Rolling substitutions permitted (via designated zone)
Substitutions must not delay play

Additional Information

Scheduling requests (e.g. later start times) considered where possible
Free crèche available during games

Uniform Requirements

To take the court, players must:

- Wear matching uniforms (same colour tops and similar bottoms)
- Wear Centre-supplied bibs/patches
- Remove all jewellery (flat wedding bands may be taped)
- Keep nails short (gloves may be worn)
