Empower Fitness Class
Our Empower Fitness class is perfect for mums looking to rebuild their strength after pregancy or improve fitness in a supportive and child-friendly environment. You don't have to be a mum to join of course, the exercises are suitable for everyone! The class will have a focus on safe core rebuilding work alongside general fitness.
Free child minding is available at our creche, or if they dont want to separate fro,m you, your kids are welcome to come along with you while you work out.
Inspire Fitness Class
Our early morning Inspire Fitness class is for anyone looking to get up early, get moving, and push their body! All ages and abilities are welcome, exercises can be tailored to suit your own strength and ability. This is a class to really push into your goals and see real change!
Movement Class (Over 55s)
The Movement Class is targeted towards people who are over 55 and is designed to improve balance, function and strength to boost your independence and enable you to continue to live an active and healthy lifestyle.
Using a fun, social and judgement free environment these group classes focus on correct technique with no impact and no floor work. All exercises are adaptable to your abilities, experience and fitness.
